A multi-layered concept draws together themes of TIME (represented by radiating bands of paving, walls and pebbled mosaics), REFLECTION (signified by the polished stones, smooth and timeworn) and EMBRACE (evident in circular rows of trees, plaque walls and planting bands which encircle the Pavilion).
