Redbox Design Group developed concepts for two community Arts centres housed in heritage-listed inner Canberra former hostel sites, and worked with artsACT to deliver major improvements to the Gorman House site. Redbox authored a bold re-interpretation of two major courtyard spaces and street frontages, providing flexible and robust spaces which act as arrival markers for the Centre, re-imagine the historic use of the areas by early hostel residents, and cater for markets and community events.
