This site rests against expansive Glebe Park, demanding a landscape offering residents much more than lawn and greenery. The design strategy was for a compact podium space offering active recreation unlike any other residential development. The resulting landscape integrates a gymnasium, spa, full size pool, outdoor kitchens and activity lawns, set within a striking landscape form.
